Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to deliver top-quality products and a smooth experience. Please note the following return terms:

  1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
    All items must be received back at our warehouse within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Returns arriving after this period may be refused.

  2. Item Condition
    Returned items must be in the same condition as received — unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging, tags and accessories intact.

  3. Return Authorization
    Before returning an item, please contact our support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include the RA on your shipping label or inside the package. Returns without an RA may be delayed or declined.

  4. Return Shipping
    The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with proof of delivery.

  5. Refund Processing
    Once we receive the returned item and confirm condition eligibility, we will issue a refund via PayPal within 5–10] business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  6. Restocking Fee
    A restocking fee of $5 per item may be applied for returned items.

  7. Non-Returnable Items
    Custom or personalized items, clearance items, and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  8. Policy Changes
    We reserve the right to modify or update this returns policy at any time. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the policy change date.
