Return Eligibility & Timeframe
All items must be received back at our warehouse within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Returns arriving after this period may be refused. -
Item Condition
Returned items must be in the same condition as received — unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging, tags and accessories intact. -
Return Authorization
Before returning an item, please contact our support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include the RA on your shipping label or inside the package. Returns without an RA may be delayed or declined. -
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with proof of delivery. -
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and confirm condition eligibility, we will issue a refund via PayPal within 5–10] business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. -
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of $5 per item may be applied for returned items. -
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items, clearance items, and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. -
