Items will be offered via online and phone bidding only.


When auctioneer says, "SOLD", the purchase becomes a legal, binding purchase agreement. Buyer is responsible for full, prompt payment.

Items will be shipped via UPS from Chester Illinois. We will deliver the items to the UPS drop off, and BUYERS WILL DEAL DIRECTLY WITH UPS CONCERNING SHIPPING AND PAY ALL CRATING AND SHIPPING FEES DIRECTLY TO UPS.

Buyers may also pick up their items within two weeks of auction close, however, payment is still due within 24 hours of auction closing. Heavier items, such as caskets, will need to be shipped via freight or picked up.
Large items are pickup only.

Items over 5 lbs. are shipped on a per item basis plus handling.

Items purchased online will be shipped within 4 weeks. We will make every effort to shift promptly.
