Shipping

Shipping will be via USPS at Buyers expense Plus a packing charge per lot.

Shipping will be through Parcel post, Flat Rate Shipping, or Priority Mail. Insurance is available for $7 per $500 insured.

Items will be shipped within 2 weeks.

Over the next year, we will be selling one of the LARGEST ROCK COLLECTIONS IN NORTH AMERICA.  Most of these rocks were mined and purchased in the 1970's and have remained untouched until now.  

WE CAN HOLD your items for several months if you are purchasing lots of rocks and you can pick them up at your convenience, but payments are due by 5PM central time within 2 days of the auction.

WE NEED TO PROCESS PAYMENTS AT OUR AUCTION HOUSE. WE DO NOT PREFER PAYPAL OR WEPAY.

You will receive your items MUCH FASTER if we process your payment.

 After the auction,we charge your card two times: first for the invoice amount, and later for the shipping AFTER we have your items packed and weighed. 

Conditions of Sale

Full Payment Due Within 24 Hours: When auctioneer says, "SOLD", the purchase becomes a legal, binding purchase agreement. Buyer is responsible for full, prompt payment.
